My mom was escorted by my cousin Austin. He is actually my second cousin. His dad is my mom's nephew, eldest son of her fave sister. His kids are like grandchildren to my mom. So, it was very special to have him walk her down. Besides, it was his 15th birthday. I told him I wanted to give him the best 15th Birthday Party ever!
My cousin, Billy (Austin's dad) bet my mom $100 bucks that she would cry. She still claims he owes her as she didn't cry... She had something in her eye!
